Sepulcher of the Forsworn is a dungeon in Diablo 4 that can be found in the region of Kehjistan. This dungeon can only be accessed after you've cleared the stronghold event that's in its position. The Sepulcher of the Forsworn is filled with Moon Clan Warriors from start to finish with appearances from flies and abominations coming in the second half.

Sepulcher of the Forsworn is located in the Altar of Ruin subregion of Kehjistan. This subregion is closer to Dry Steppes than it is to the capital of Kehjistan. It also contains its own waypoint with the same name.
Sepulcher of the Forsworn Dungeon
This dungeon can be quite frustrating if you're having trouble looking for the objectives. So make sure you're always exploring every corner of the dungeon. The first objective is for you to collect Animus from Animus Carriers. These Carriers are elite monsters and usually have a number of monsters surrounding them. Be sure to pick up the violet fog that they drop as those are the Animus you need.
After that, you're going to have to eliminate structures named Demonic Corruption. These structures shoot out shockwaves in different directions only known by the faint red light that glows on the ground before it shoots it out. Once reaching a certain HP threshold, it also summons an elite monster.
