He had that million-dollar smile that resembled Magic, said executive producer Rodney Barnes. And the icing on the cake was his height of six feet three inches. Although he is still six inches shorter than Magic, producers thought he would still shine in the role.

The artist was involved in the field from an early age. However, it was not until his senior year of college that he pursued acting as his career. He switched his major to theatre and completed it in 2017.

He had been an athlete since his childhood as well. He knew how to play basketball, and he was a fan of the Lakers.
